Lebensjahr. Im gemeinschaftlichen Wohnen und Leben bereiten sich die Bewohner\/innen auf ein eigenst\u00e4ndiges und abstinentes Leben nach ihrem Aufenthalt in der Besonderen Wohnform vor.<\/p>\n<p>Die Bewohner\/innen leben in einer Gemeinschaft mit fester Tagesstruktur. Ziel ist es, eine selbstbestimmte gleich berechtigte Teilhabe am Leben in der Gesellschaft zu erreichen. Unsere Besondere Wohnform verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber 24 Einzelzimmer und\u00a06 Trainingswohnungen im Haupthaus sowie 6 Pl\u00e4tze in einer Au\u00dfenwohngemeinschaft.<\/p>\n<p>Alle Bewohner\/innen leben in Einzelzimmern. Die Mehrzahl der Bewohner\/innen leben in einer unserer 4 Wohngemeinschaften zu denen jeweils 6 Personen geh\u00f6ren. In den Wohngemeinschaften teilen sich jeweils zwei Bewohner\/innen einen Sanit\u00e4rbereich.<\/p>\n<p>Das Haupthaus ist behindertengerecht ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl, zwei P\ufb02egeb\u00e4der sowie vier f\u00fcr Rollstuhlnutzer geeignete Einzelzimmer.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div  class='flex_column
